Pooja Jain and her passion fuel the energy at PEBS, she has 25 years of HR experience in the areas of Strategic HR, Organization Development, Learning & Development and Talent Management. She brings a valuable blend of Organization Development, HR Consultancy and Coaching experience. Her core competence lies in evolving creative solutions to organizational issues through the involvement of all the stakeholders and assessing and coaching hi-potential talent to meet organization and individual goals.
Some of her pioneering work involves carrying out development centre for senior managers to identify potential and imbibe the desired behaviours, developing network of change and engagement facilitators, developing self-directed senior management team for a business turnaround, changing the mind set of employees towards self-development and learning for career progression and transition.
